Scripture, Reflection & Prayer 09/12/2008

The Father...will give you another Advocate to be with you forever, the Spirit of truth...He will dwell with you and be in you.

Reflection: In the Church our souls are espoused to the Holy Spirit. It is Mary whose prayer wins strength, joy, and consolation for us. And it is Mary who gives joy to the Divine Bridegroom by inspiring our wills with love for Him.

Prayer: O Mary, help me to be united with the Holy Spirit. Teach me to follow the holy inspirations and loving guidance of this Divine Guest of my soul.
