If your enemy is hungry, give him food;...by doing so you will heap burning coals upon his head.

Reflection: We should love and feel passion for those who oppose us, rather than abhor and despise them. For they harm themselves and do us good. They adorn us with crowns of everlasting glory while they invite God's anger against themselves.

Prayer: God of goodness, grant me the grace to return good toward those who do evil to me. Let me realize that they are Your instruments for fashioning me into the person You want me to be for all eternity.
